Dealing with customers (emails, chat, processing orders)

We are looking for:

• E-commerce (have you bought from eBay? Amazon? etsy? or anything online)
  
• Experience with SEO (Lots of common sense and training for software can help you)
  
• Fixing issues (this cant be taught, either your solution person or just not for us)
  
• Experience with customer care
