24/7 secretary for client support

I need someone available on my Pacific Standard Time or at least someone who can respond and take on the task and any point in time in the day.

I need someone to help me communicate with my stakeholder and clients. Proofreading and grammar editing, help to develop presentations and so forth. I know what I need to do but I need someone on call 24/7 who can just respond to my texts and get my stuff done when I need it. I have multiple projects, am constantly on the move, and need serious help to respond to tons of emails. Post online. Create different listings for jobs. Etc.

Requirement
Ability to multi-task
Strong communications skills
The candidate should be a strong communicator, especially in written communication.
Candidate should be a people person

Time Commitment
I need someone available on my Pacific Standard Time or at least someone who can respond and take on the task at any point in time in the day. I work at all hours of the day but do most of my work from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm PST. I need someone available on the weekend. Weekends are a must.

Main Duties
Email management
organization & basic communication
Transcribing my ideas onto paper
Proofreading and editing
Basic graphic design work and presentation

We will use a multi of software I already pay for
Google suites
Asana
Lucidpress

I am looking to hire and start this project immediately. I have a big project coming up and need help processing all the tasks at hand to accomplish my grand vision.
