Data Analyst

We analyze Customer Experience Data and search for a motivated, teamwork-oriented, and responsible data analyst with significant experience in transforming data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. The right mix of Analytical mind and passion for Retail will be a key to successively achieving this mission!

Location: European timezone, Telecommute

Main Duties:

1. Formulating recommendations related to the design of surveys for data collection
   
2. Acquiring data from different data sources (training will be provided)
   
3. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques; interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
   
4. Developing and implementing data analyses and reports
   
5. Presenting results and reports to peers and/or clients

Required Knowledge & Skills:

1. University Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
   
2. Strong mathematical, analytic, and critical thinking skills
   
3. Experience and understanding of NPS and other frequent metrics used in the Retail and Customer Experience.
   
4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills; outstanding public speaking skills
   
5. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets and report design: Excel, Tableau Software, Crystal Report
   
6. Experience in data visualization, dashboards, and presentation: Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint
   
7. Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligent, Knowledge/experience added plus
   
8. English (advanced), an additional foreign language is a plus.
   
9. Ability to travel.
