Migrate domain from GoDaddy to Google (or other provider)

Long-time GoDaddy customer wanting to consolidate services and upgrade. Im a one-person, amateur/hobbyist website developer. Your job would be to help me:

1. Evaluate if migrating to Google or another provider would be a good fit.
2. Migrate all my services to the new provider

Currently, I have:

DOMAINS: approximately 11 domains names registered and hosted at GoDaddy.
HOSTING: two hosting accounts (Economy Hosting and cPanel). My various domains are sub-domains under these two accounts.
PHP: My sites are PHP/CodeIgniter with Illuminate Database (ORM part of Laravel). All of my sites have very low usage.
MYSQL: I have about 6 small databases.
EMAIL: Four primary email accounts, plus various forwarding-only addresses.

Im in California / Pacific time.

The ideal person to help me, will be:

1. Very familiar with GoDaddy hosting
   
2. Expert on the service you recommend (e.g. Google or a different provider)
   
3. Available to guide and implement the entire transition
   
4. Very comfortable/conversational in English
   
5. Able to ask the right questions to guide me to a decision whether to migrate and to which provider.

I invite your questions/suggestions. I think a proposal at an hour rate would be appropriate, but you are welcome to bid fixed-rate, if you prefer.
