Need Dev expert for making audio and video recording in React native

I had a previous developer who made our multitrack audio and video recording studio but he left it with many problems. Audio and video recording are not working correctly, scrolling through the multiple tracks isnt working. I should be able to record on a new track while the other audio and video tracks are playing in the background.

The audio features are from Superpowered. We use a bridge to connect the C++ code from Superpowered to our react native app. Must be comfortable with that.

Must understand how to implement recording of audio and video, with multiple overlapping audio tracks, in react native. For reference, our studio is similar to the app Bandlab. Please check their studio and let me know if you are comfortable working on something similar, fixing the issues we have with ours.

As a startup, the budget and time is limited, as Im bootstrapping. But if you can help get us to launch, we have many beta testers signed up and interested potential investors.
