Linux server administrator needed

We are looking to build a server here at our home to use externally from my office.

This server is behind a dynamic IP ISP provider.

We need to configure the server, harden it, secure it, install virtualization or hyper visor , setup redundancy , install CRM , setup redundancy, setup weekly backups of full system, CRM and database and set to store on local server , offsite OneDrive in cloud and in Synology Nas on network.

We literally want this to be accessible through our domain externally hosted through GoDaddy and a script will be needed to update IP with GoDaddy API to keep external access unless you have an easier way to do it.

Need real qualified professionals to do this.

Want to move quickly. Will need you use TeamViewer to start the setup

We want to j is if esxi OS is loaded on main Hard drive or separate from other stuff. Can we setup encryption of drives , google authenticator access for ssh security and etc.

We need automatic backup and one click recovery to another machine on network of failure to restore full system and or CRM and database.
