Need Shopify Theme Expert for product fulfillment

I need someone who is an expert with shopify themes to make the back-end of my store communicate with a product fulfillment app. Each time someone orders a specific product and variant, the order must go through directly to the app using the correct SKU with the details they need in order to fulfill the order on their end.

Its a print on demand service for posters and frames.

The app developer will send a document that provides guidelines.
