Part-time CFO for fast-growing software company

We are looking for a part-time CFO to help with our fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities:

1. Review financial statements and reports prepared by the controller
   
2. Participate in financial planning and strategic planning
   
3. Provide guidance on revenue recognition questions
   
4. Build and track a subscription-based financial model
   
5. Identify inefficiency in our business and optimize business operations
   
6. Present financial report to the board and investors

Requirements:

1. Knowledge in software revenue and subscription business model
   
2. Familiar with SaaS metrics like churn, MRR, etc.
   
3. Proven experience and track record in financial planning and accounting
   
4. 10 years of relevant experience
   
5. CPA designation preferred.
