Virtual Recruiter

We are a growing retained executive search firm looking to expand our team with one or two virtual recruiters. This person will manage select client searches including helping to draft the position spec, prepping the interview sheet, sourcing and interviewing candidates, writing up each candidate summary for the client and participating on weekly client calls.

1. Prior retained executive search experience or internal HR recruiting experience required.
2. Industrial/manufacturing and/or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills required including both verbal and written.
   
4. Highly collaborative
   
5. Willingness to learn and adhere to the Firms best practice processes
   
6. High EQ
   
7. Sense of urgency; preference for a fast-paced and demanding environment
   
8. Excellent communication skills
   
9. Highly appropriate, with strong sense of professionalism
   
10. Detail orientation
    
11. Technically inclined LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
