Web Design Expert needed

Our agency and require additional talent for the foreseeable future, multiple projects, must be delivered with meticulous attention to detail and design flare.

To apply for this position, you MUST have the following qualifications:

1. Communicate written PERFECT English (overseas ok, but must have perfect English skills)
2. Be available for work everything except weekends
3. Be able to take direction and make tweaks where requested
4. Be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
5. Be able to work a minimum 3-4 hours a day

Freelancer must be experts in the following skills:

1. UX/UI design
2. Web design
3. Design mobile user interfaces
4. Prototyping
5. Wireframing
6. User flow development

Workflow

1. Research (Understand clients wants, wishes & needs)
2. Design (design prototypes mockups of website including mobile view, to be presented to the client)
3. Revise (modify designs after feedback from client)
4. Hand over high quality designs to our web developer
5. Provide any further design assistance required by the web developer (any images/graphics)

You will work closely with the creative director and web dev team to ensure deliverables and client expectations are met on time.
