Designer required for 2D image into 3D model for molding

Looking for a graphics designer or computer engineer to turn a 2D image into a 3D model for molding

I am looking to create a file to send to manufacturers so they can make a 3d mold(Most ask for AI files).

Qualification:

Graduate degree in any specialization
Certifications in Instructional Design preferred
Experience in authoring tools such as Articulate is a must
Sound knowledge and capability to work on Learning Management Systems, experience on Moodle preferred
