E-commerce Marketplace Manager

We are a young eCommerce company headquartered in Atlanta, USA. Since 2016, we have been successfully operating in the North America market, selling products under two own brands on Amazon and other marketplaces, in the Home and Kitchen category.

Do you have a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability? Are you driven to succeed, even if you have to get a little scrappy? We would like to hire a great E-commerce Marketplace Manager.

The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will own the entire business operations, marketing, and agency relationships for seller account for select brands on eBay and other e-tailers in the US. A willingness to take risks and try new things is a must!

What you will do on the Digital Team:

Operating for growth of the brands from both top-line and bottom-line on Marketplace.
Includes P&L responsibilities and day to day operations on eBay;
Ensuring optimal content, A pages and updated catalog on Marketplace and resolving any blockers to keep catalog from being live on eBay;
Keeping up to date on seller central features, options and policies to guide central teams on deliverables;
Building a database of customers that shop with the brand to retarget for relevant brands/products;
Maintaining and improving review rating and sales rank;
Managing Marketplace tickets, cases and account manager communication;
Working with senior managers in the digital team to develop and finetune 3P vs 1P channel strategies;
Maintaining analytics dashboards while working with Ecommerce Analyst and seller central reporting to track and optimize performance;
Monitoring competitor action and developing strategies to grow market share.
