Network architecture for Business LAN and WAN network design

We are a small retail Business looking to open a new branch office.
The main office will host the main servers and the branch office will only have routers/switch to connect to the internet
Internet connectivity between the branch and main office will be VIA a private VPN.

Requirements:

• We would like a network design with emphasis on a list of hardware (brand and Model #) that will be needed.
  
• Also include a suitable IP PABX with analogue phone adaptor suitable for 15 members of staff but expandable.
  
• Also advise on firewalls that will be required at both premises
  
• Also advise on Suitable ceiling-mounted access points with wireless controller.

The freelancer/agency should have experience in specifying the right type hardware and have knowledge of the latest market trends in the network hardware currently available on the market

I will share a rough network diagram with shortlisted candidates.
