I need someone interested in maintaining and updating 8 websites long-term. Need someone to work on monthly retainer plus hourly to change text, pictures, fix broken links etc. on an as needed basis. Must be responsive and not unavailable for days at a time. Work is sporadic. Some months have numerous changes, while many months have none. I dont have time to jump on a quick call to explain what I want. I want a self starter that can take direction.
