Single-page Web Design - Clean, Simple, Professional

We need a single-page website designed to serve as the landing page while the rest of the content/pages are developed.

WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS

The website must be clean, simple, and reflects the high-end brand

The page will have the following elements:

• Sticky header menu with a call to action
  
• Header image
  
• Services
  
• Our clients section (display of logos of companies with whom weve worked)
  
• Our clients section (graphic display of types of clients we work with)
  
• Contact form (integrated with a pre-existing form account) and may require some scripting
  
• Footer

DEVELOPER/DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS

1. Willing to design mockup/concept before production
   
2. Must have experience designing high-end brand websites
   
3. Responsible for providing all graphic work including, icons, graphic backgrounds (if any), etc.
   
4. Able to meet the deadline
   
5. Responsive to communication
   
6. The quick turnaround between site iteration
   
7. Needs to think creatively
