I need a remote bookkeeper for a small software firm. Expect 5/10 hours per week. Invoicing, bookkeeping, mundane financial housekeeping.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field
  2. Very experienced with US tax laws and familiar with US federal, state and local legal requirements
  3. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  5. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  6. Proficient in monthly reporting, such as Profit & Loss Comparison, Balance Sheet Comparison, etc.
  7. Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  8. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
