Digital Product Catalogue designer

I am looking for digital product catalogue designer to create a product catalogue with price breaks, using our website as the main reference, however for the large bulk price breaks, a Excel PDF will be provided.

This will need to be a digital catalogue for our website but well also need a printable version, so we can make physical copies.
