Our company is a social impact investing company specializing in real estate based in San Francisco, California. Our mission is simple: to provide profitable investments for our stakeholders while improving the communities we serve.
We are looking to work with a developer on an ongoing basis who can help with various housekeeping items and more complicated customizations & workflows within ZOHO Projects/CRM as well as provide ZOHO analytics.
Duties include:
- Establishing Zoho CRM Automation within standardized Zoho CRM modules in addition to customized Zoho CRM modules. (Zoho CRM as we have it now has been set up with a bunch of customizations that are causing us issues when we go to measure analytics. There are a lot of inaccuracies within the CRM that need to be resolved asap).
- Creating and integrating and customized widgets and dashboards related to reports within Zoho CRM and Projects via Zoho Analytics
- Modifications to customized reports, workflow requirements and backend website customizations and forms.
General Support:
- Troubleshooting views
- Scrubbing duplicates
- Data import maps.
- Creating Training Videos on back-end procedures for Ops team
- Working with the Sales & Marketing and Operations Manager to establish needed reports around certain campaign and operational metrics
Required skills:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INTEGRATING WORDPRESS AND ZOHO
- Highly proficient in Zoho Analytics and integrating widgets and dashboard for CRM & Projects..
- Highly proficient in Zoho CRM Workflow Automation for small scale organizations (start-ups)
- Top notch communicator and able to utilize Zoho projects management tool as a means of giving updates and needs around assigned work.
Hours: We work within PST Time Zones. So you would need to be available for a few hours within this time for any calls, questions or meetings
Availability: Likely 10 - 25 hours a month (depending on workflow). We are looking for someone for the long haul to help with ongoing maintenance and support.
Communication on timeframes and availability is the key to a successful relationship and positive ratings.
