I am looking for a web designer who can write CSS.

I have a simple web app that is basically a to-do list. It is a form that has:
  • Two text inputs
  • Checkbox
  • One text area
  • Buttons (save/delete)

Then I need a table to show the contents with a search box.

It needs to be mobile friendly, so its already using basic Bootstrap classes, but I would like a custom design added on.

I had a web designer do about half of it, but he had to go to another project and didnt have time to finish. You can expand upon what he did already, or start from scratch. I already have a color scheme in mind.

I will supply the HTML file, and the optional CSS file you can build off of.

To start with, I only need one page designed.
