Need frontend developer for revolution slider issues

I have created a slider on Revolutions Slider and am using SEO/Link to try and link to the next slide, but for some reason, it isnt working. I have disabled all plugins to see if there is a conflict didnt help. I have cleared all caches, didnt help. So now I am reaching out to see if someone has dealt with this problem before and knows how to fix it.

If you have experience with RevSlider or believe you can replicate what I have made, let me know.
