Full stack developer for sports page

Need a front and back end developer who can code my sports page. I would like the sports page to be similar to ESPN, yahoo sports, etc.

I lost access and all files from my last page and I will rebuild with time, to start I am only concerned with getting a page up with the standard features (scores, standings, etc.) and a couple of our contest.

One of the contest is a march madness bracket competition. I will need a interactive bracket that allows members to select their teams and save them to check back throughout the tournament. Users would need to be able to log in to make those picks, which requires a sign up. Competition does involve a money pool, so we would need to link our pay pal account. I would like to hear options on how the games could be updated real time, and the alternatives.

The second contest would be a fantasy baseball competition. The only stats that I will need tracked are home runs. I imagine I would need access to a free source API, if you are unable to find one I would also like to hear additional alternatives. Users will also need to log in, select their players, track their players and their scores (whether real time or manual entry), and we would like to add a rankings box for the users to see where they rank.

There are small additional features I would like to discuss for front end, but I see no point into going that much into detail if we do not agree. Please message me for additional information.
