Help finishing Dynamics CRM implementation

We have an existing, in-production implementation of Dynamics CRM that we need help finishing up. The contractor that was working on it has gone silent. Most of what we need are tweaks to existing processes, but I know just a tweak is a double-edge sword when it comes to working on processes/workflows/an implementation you didnt do.

Id like someone that can both do the work and take the time to walk us through some of the work when appropriate so we can do it in the future. (us = I.T. resources).
