Telegram Bot with Stripe Payments

Project overview
Looking to build a telegram bot for an engagement group. After joining the group and connecting their account, individuals can share a message with a link to their most recent post they want others to like or comment. When sharing a post the bot will check their page to be sure it has liked at least 10 posts of others. If they have not they receive 1/3 strikes. 3 strikes and they are booted and blocked from the group. Users only receive likes from channels in their same follower count range. i.e. larger accounts get likes from smaller account but smaller accounts dont like larger accounts.

Individuals can subscribe to automatically have their recent posts get liked by other channels. Their same size and smaller.

Users can also pay to be notified when a page with over N thousand followers likes, comments or follows their page.

A menu will be prompted when someone messages the bot.

The bot will notify admins directly of key information. (New subscription, cancelled subscription, etc)

Feature request option where users can send admins a message via the bot.

Admins need to be able to view blocked users and be able to manually view strike count & set strike count of members.
