Need a Developer for Getting Approval from Instagram API

We are having trouble getting approved for the necessary permissions in order to grab Instagram data from public profiles, and could use help from a developer who has done this before. Their docs are very confusing and my developers have not been able to figure out how to get the data from their API.

DELIVERABLE:
-Get approval from Instagram for manage_pages, Instagram_basic, and public_content_access

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have had prior success in obtaining approval from Instagram Business Discovery API

My developers are willing to work with you in order to get this done quickly; we could just use a little bit of guidance from someone who understands the process already.
