Reputation Institute is the worlds leading provider of Reputation Measurement, Management and Consulting services, working with global brands like Centrica, Hitachi, GSMA, Saudi Aramco, Emirates, Boots, Kelloggs and Liverpool Victoria. The UK is in the process of rapidly expanding its London team. This hire reflects the continuing growth of the UK business and the desire to multiply its client portfolio.
How you can expect to spend your day:
You will join the company as an Associate, supporting the team through research-based tasks, client support and strategic development all aimed at solving business problems Ris clients face. You will be a direct contributor to Prospect and Client related work.
Tasks you can expect to be responsible for include:
- Building reports and presentations for our UK Clients using Microsoft Power Point
- Creating and developing client facing content before and after Client deliveries and workshops
- Knowing our clients best by contributing to our ongoing drive for knowledge about our clients businesses, markets and industries
- Preparing sales collateral to support the business growth targets
- Analysing our market leading database of Company Reputations to identify patterns, themes and trends that can influence our analysis, insight and thought leadership
- Participate in research, data analysis and ultimate publication of the companys flagship research studies
The ideal Associate Consultants personality and qualifications (in order of priority):
- 2-4 years experience with a Research, marketing, communications or consulting background
- An experienced user of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- BA/BS from a leading University with a concentration in marketing, communications, statistics, economics, business or finance is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Understanding of corporate communications, marketing disciplines, corporate social responsibility, risk management and financial performance
- Understanding of business statistics, KPIs, operational metrics and mathematics aligned with the financial performance of companies
- Fluent in English
- Preferable experience working with market research database tools (eg SPSS) and MS Office Suite in conducting statistical analysis and presentation deliverables
- Advanced critical thinking, analysis, writing and communications is required
- Ability to work in the UK is required
