We are looking for a resource to assist in a project to optimize our configuration of Zendesk, recommend revised structures to reduce administrative complexity, and create a better user experience. The project is currently ongoing. We may be interested in retaining the consultant on an ongoing basis for + / - 5 hours per weeks to assist our staff with more complex Zendesk projects.

Extensive Zendesk administration experience is required, including in depth understanding of automations, triggers, macros, and other core components of the Zendesk system. Experience with Contextual Workspaces is a plus. Experience with Workflow automation tools, such as Zapier or Integromat, is a plus as well.
