Build an data model for an online store

This is an project for an online store.

Basically we want to compensate for some products, and want to have an model about how much we can compensate, and what percentage we should compensate.

So, the requirement/conditions:

1. we have more than 400 products.

2. Out of these 400 product, we have 3 different type of product:

-> Besting selling product 10%: we want to give discount for example 10% off, and we are having x amount of sales per month

-> Popular product, which takes around 20% of all 400 product, we want to give 5% discount off, and we are having Y amount of sales per month, per day....

-> Other products, which takes the rest 70% of all 400 product. we are making money from these products.

So, Now about the selling price, we will need to compare our selling price with the minimum selling price of the same product on the market. and the selling price is GST included, which is 10%.

And We want to match the market price, and also give some discount, but we can get 10% of our purchase price extra back to our pocket.

Well, thats our situation.

Now, What we want:

We want to have an model that can show us our current profit-loss situation, and also give us suggestion or prediction based on the discount we want to give, or based on the total compensate amount we want to lose.
