Developer familiar with Twilio sms needed to build an AI chatbot and backend database.

We need a AI chatbot capable of receiving a text request for an appointment. It needs to be able to check the property profile to determine if the home is vacant or if it needs to coordinate with a homeowner.

Our clients are real estate agents selling houses. We manage the scheduling and virtual home tour with the chatbot.

Agents that want to see the house text us for an appointment. We need the chatbot to read the text and coordinate the appointment with the backend instructions. Some of the houses are vacant so the scheduling is easy, it just cant overlap another appointment. Some houses have people living in them, and the chatbot will need to text the homeowner to confirm the appointment.

During the showing, we deliver property and neighborhood information to the buyers agent via SMS.

After the showing we deliver a survey via SMS.

The agent is sent the survey along with a photo until they fill out the survey.

The online form that our clients fill out will build the backend and property profiles for the chatbot to relay to the buyers agents.

We are looking for someone interested in taking on the challenge! We have been looking locally for some time now, and nobody has been up to the task.

We are a young company and currently doing everything manually. With the write software this could be an amazing project.
