Creating a dealer login page for existing customers

We would like to develop a special customer login page for existing customers who have special pricing (as they are distributors) so they can see their own pricing and order history and order more product. They use WordPress as their main site.

Because we sell products to both distributors and end-users (retail) we dont want to confuse the pricing.

If you are experienced in this type of work, please let me know approximately how long it would take to complete and how much it would cost [can be an approximation of course].
