- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Calendar Management Experience
- Must have reliable internet
- Proactive, Resourceful, Dependable

- Organize and schedule meetings
- Conduct interviews
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents

>>> Compensation <<<

You will be paid $5-7 per hour, depending on experience. Were expecting 5-10 hrs/wk to start.
