We have appointed an Toogit team to develop our cloud-based CRM solution. Before we go any further with them, we want to get an independent analysis of their code to confirm if they have done world-class work.

The problem is my partner and I are not programmers, so we cannot confirm how good their code is. Thats why we need you!

They have written our platform in PHP (Phalcon), HTML, CSS 3/4 (+Bootstrap), Javascript (jQuery / tmpl / jquery-mask and other relevant JS based libraries), and Docker (Swarm / Kubernetes - Extreme).

If you are qualified to properly audit/review another teams programming code and provide my partner and I with a very accurate and detailed summary of the code quality, then please submit your proposal now.

The main things I need to know in your proposal are:
1. The total cost for your service
2. How long it will take for you to deliver this service
3. What else you need to deliver the service (such as access to the code, etc)
