Looking to make a website that will enable me to build a database for coffee, from retail to farm cycle, this will help people in the field to network and improve coffee quality in one hand + give fair prices to farmers on the other hand.

Very important is the website can manage itself with minimum interaction from my side,
I want the either the business owners or admin to be able to enter this information / pictures / google map location, and admin able to give limited responsibility to certain people to enter data, I dont know the right way to validate the information, need Asistance with that.
