I have to JPG Template that need to develop the JPG to WordPress Convert in Custom website development . This website is too simple . Just need to develop its front end and back end .

Requirements:
1) Need to use a visual builder
2) Footer column will be 4 column
3) Header site should be optimize
4) Also should be W3school validate code .
