Need to create a dynamic quotation on excel

Looking for excel expert.

I already have a quotation template but i need a Searchable drop down feature for typing the company names.
Eg.
When i type Ba
All the company names contains Ba will appear for me to select.
More define searches if I manage to key in more alphabets

I would also like to have Autofill to fill out address, tel and fax after company name is being selected.

Each client company have a few personnel in-charge and we need to select the ones base on the projects. Please create drop down list to select the name, contact, email after the company names has been selected.

Also I need to have the date to autofill in of the creation date but will not change The next day. Im additional, I need to have the quotation ref no. autorun.
