PowerShell script needed for AD host checks

I need a powershell script which will query all computers in an AD domain for services running under specific domain\\username and export results in CSV file containing five fields - hostname, startname, startmode and state of the service, and exception. The script will have to be able to:

1. Check if RPC is reachable on the remote host:
a. If yes populate table entry with hostname, startname, startmode and state of the service. exception will be null
b. if not populate table entry with hostname and exception (result of failed RPC call) fields. startname, startmode and state will be null

2. Continue running from the last viable check run in case of any interrupts. Repetitive runs for hosts which were already checked in one script iteration will not be allowed

3. Sort all entries by host name and export to CSV file

The script will need to run 3 full iterations, compare the output between each three runs (for each host) and output additional file with the discrepancies.

Any additional suggestions how to make the script run faster or provide more reliable results are welcome.
