App developer needed for Transportation Service app

Seeking a qualified app developer to build an app to function as an interface between my company and clients.

The company: Success Transport, Inc. is a company that provides van transportation to people that work in the same or nearby locations, i.e. manufacturing factory workers. Our vans will stop in predetermined locations for clientele pick ups, with scheduled times of arrival and departures of said locations. After departing the pick up location the van will drive to specific locations to drop off the passengers.

The app will give individuals, as well as factories, and/or staffing agencies a standard form to fill out in accordance with our pre-schedules, rates, and location stops, for them to choose. The app must be Gmail, pay pal, google calendar, and square compatible.

Will pick the day, time, and location the will need a ride for, then a graph of my vans sitting should be available for them to choose which seat they wish to secure. They will need to sign a consent for disclaimer and pay in advance via pay pal or any other mobile banking medium in order to secure the ride. Im not as good at articulating of the jump but once we get to talking Im sure we will be able to detail my needs. Thank you for your time.
