French Live chat sales support

We are looking for French Live chat sales support freelancers. Our main product is fashion dress.

The job is to answer customers questions before they place a order on our site.
(such as :how long will receive? how to choose size? color?return policy? ....)

So: we need someone who qualify below points to answer customers questions:

1. Have a very polite , friendly, and comfortable way to clarifying customers doubt.
   
2. Good at sales and who is very smart to understanding customers needs and concerns quickly, and know the best way to encourage customers.

Job Requirements

• Native French Speaker.
  
• Good at sales.
  
• Customer Service experience is preferred
  
• Past retail or direct sales experience is preferred
  
• Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills
  
• Excellent written communication skills using proper grammar with smooth flow
  
• Demonstration of self-motivation and results-orientation.

*Salary: Except the hourly rate, you will also get 0.5% of commissions of all your total sales each day. if you like sales, and you are qualified for the above points, please be free to contact us. It is an exciting job!!
