Need Mechanical engineer for ventilation calculations

I am searching for a mechanical engineer to complete ventilation calculations for an assembly space. I am doing a change of use from retail space to an assembly space (banquet hall). I have cad drawings of the space, that I will share. My local permit office requested I provide stamp drawing with calculations.
