Python developer for Deep Learning Speech to text

I am looking for python developer for deep learning speech to text project. Need to :

1. Complete an un-completed speech to text code
   
2. Fix the. speech to text code. technically and in code wise
   
3. Make the code working well with a good accuracy

I will:
