Developer needed to modify product pages

We are looking for a developer to create and implement design changes to our main product page and to create a webpage for a transactional call to action linked from the homepage.

About:

We are looking to add a transactional call to action on our homepage which leads to a web-page where the customer will be asked for their details in exchange for a free sample of our product. Along with this were also looking for a small layout redesign of our product pages. We have created very basic wire-frames which have been attached in the project files of how we envision the finished product.

The website is built on Shopify.

TCA webpage design:

• Layout design in conjunction with wireframe supplied
  
• Product variants creation
  
• Interactive questionnaire in exchange of details

Product pages design:

• Layout redesign in conjunction with wireframe
  
• Adding video option
  
• Implementation of reviews carousel

Any improved recommendations of how we can complete the project to our vision are always welcome.
