We are looking for a Product Manager to develop a product on Learning Experience Platform/ Learning Management System.

The key features of the product would include:

• Catalogue management
  
• Content creation from YouTube, PPTX, PDF, Video
  
• Experience API (xAPI) and SCORM
  
• Trainer/ Instructor Profile Management
  
• Notifications and Reminders
  
• Tasks, quizzes, surveys and feedback
  
• Gamification and Rewards
  
• Activity Feeds
  
• Social Learning, Discussion Forum
  
• Content/ Learning Recommendations based on AI/ ML
  
• Linkages with Performance management
  
• Permission management (Learner, Manager, Admin, HR)
  
• Custom learning journey
  
• IDP for each learner
  
• Dashboard, Reporting and Analytics
  
• Provision for 3rd party integration for Content
  
• Available on Web and Mobile

The Product would incorporate leading global practices in Learning Experience Platform.

Product Manager would identify, recommend and document the product requirements. He/ she would also recommend UI/ UX, User Journeys and Process Flows.
