Design Layout for Grocery Store / Restaurant

I am looking for a designer with experience in retail and foodservice design to come up with an initial draft for a grocery store / restaurant. I have an existing restaurant facility that I will retrofit to my new design. I have the original floor-plans that need to be modified for this new concept.

This is an ongoing project, and my firm does work of this nature frequently. I would like to find a freelance partner that I could trust to work with on this and in the future.

Please introduce yourself and your experience, and I will be happy to share more details about the facility, the project, and our goals to develop a quote! This first job should be quick and more of a preliminary design.
