Need to add domain as an alias

I want to make an alias from a domain so I can access website content from it.

Problem is that I cant add Alias on my cPanel. Its giving me this error in cPanel when I want to add new Alias:
There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park failed: (XID xreaam) A DNS entry for domain.com already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

I need a professional who can check my WHM and Cloudflare settings so I could add this alias.
