You will have to be a both frontend and backend developer, with a strong knowledge of responsive and optimized design and development.

You will have to be familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JS. Also, you will have to have extensive experience with optimizing WordPress sites, and have a deep understanding of WordPress platforms.
