SEO Expert Needed for Optimizing Site

We are looking for SEO expert for hire who help with SEO for our website.

We would like someone who is capable of analyzing the site, and then making on-site and off-site improvements in order to move up in the rankings.

Requirements:
  1. Proven SEO experience.
  2. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Analytics360, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Ahref, Semrush)
  3. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  5. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
