Need a tax professional to prepare taxes

We need a tax professional familiar with the United States, and Arizona tax law. We need someone to prepare and reconcile the books from the last 3 years. Also must be familiar with submitting an offer in compromise.

Tax research:

1. Research US tax laws and regulations
   
2. Research foreign tax and VAT laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
   
2. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a well-recognized multinational company.
   
3. A strong desire to grow your U.S. taxation career.
   
4. 1+ years of tax preparation experience.
   
5. Intermediate Excel skills.
   
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
