Azure solution design and configuration

We are in the process of setting up a hosted solution for some our customers on Azure. We are not experienced in the Azure platform and we need to make sure we have set this up correctly so we can scale this environment up and out in the future. We are not clear on various aspects and need some guidance and assistance on :

1. Using Azure management groups, multiple subscriptions and resource groups to separate out different customers, products, etc.
   
2. Setting up Azure Domain Services
   
3. Managing multiple domains
   
4. Multiple vNets and Network security groups
   
5. Adding VMs to a trusted domain
   
6. Routing all internet traffic through a single entry point
   
7. Applying SSL certificate to all the relevant resources
   
8. Configure storage account for minimal cost (SSD / File / Blob / Table)
   
9. Configuring Power BI Gateway (including access to SSAS cubes on a dedicated VM)
   
10. Backup and recovery policy
    
11. Setting up and managing VPN connections between Azure and on premise SQL databases

We are looking for someone that has experience in designing setting up the Azure environment with strong skills in networking, security and authentication.

The plan is for this person to assist and guide us through the process of setting up our Azure environment.
