• This is a people management profile, so we need researchers who have worked in HR, executive search and related industries.
  
• We do not encourage academic or market researchers to apply. The need is to have a passion for people and performance and the spirit to close an executive search and ensure the right candidate is placed in the right job/position.
  
• we work only with select clients and on very senior positions CXOs, Directors and Boards.
  
• Remuneration will be on basic commission/incentive plan
  
• We will discuss service fees with the right service provider, the mention of budget here is merely indicative.
