Magento 2 Website Maintenance and Support

We are seeking Magento 2 website maintenance and support solution. Early adoption of this project will require some optimization, security, a duplicate copy of our site on separate server for testing and upgrades. There will also be some minor security fixes and updates, getting our cc payment issue working and minor app/module updates.

After these are completed we will need ongoing maintenance and support to continue monitoring, make patch and system updates as they become available. We will be asking for additional page development (we are using a PORTO/M2 template) for products, events and promotions.

This is a long term support and not a temporary support. We want to build a long term partnership with this developer.

Prospective hire must be proficient and certified in Magento 2 environment. This person must be ready to respond after hours in case site has problems or issues with function and delivery, hacking or other external (or internal) attacks.

We will set up a flat rate to begin evaluating our site and bring it to full function. We will provide thereafter an hourly rate going forward to maintain and develop new pages our website.

*I will share a chart. We will provide a flat rate for evaluation and fixes between March and april and hourly as needed going forward.
