Record a sample video on a given programming language

I want to find a fluent English speaker who will create programming video courses in the future, so this job is simply to find the right candidates, I need a 5 minute sample video that I will pay 10$ to record. Your job is to research a given topic and produce original content, which is easy in programming languages. If the quality is good you will begin a long term partnership with me creating video courses, and depending on quality you will earn 40-70$ per hour of content. If the quality will be exceptional you will be of course paid accordingly more. If you read the requirements add word table at the end of proposal.
